One of the things that we love most about knitting and crochet is the community, and we’d love for you to join ours!

What is Woolbert’s Flock?

Woolbert’s Flock is our private membership community for knitting and crochet enthusiasts. This friendly group is run personally by Nikki Small, the founder of Ewe Felty Thing. Nikki is well-known in the industry for being friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. You can always be sure of a warm welcome and some great inspirational ideas!

Nikki believes strongly in the power of creativity to improve our lives. She knows how much of a positive impact her knitting, crochet and other crafts have on her life and wants to give others that same outlet and boost. Until now, Ewe Felty Thing has been her way of spreading that joy and support, Woolbert’s Flock takes that a step further and adds extra sparkle!

What does membership include?

Access to two Zoom groups every week, Monthly 'teach' session, Monthly Q&A Session, Bi-Monthly CAL and KAL, Private Facebook group, Exclusive offers and discounts, Extras!
How does it work?

Woolbert's Flock is a subscription membership. This means that you will be charged monthly to be a member of our community. A recurring payment of £29 will be taken every month. You can cancel this at any time by logging into your account on our website.

Once you sign up, we'll email you details on how to join our private Facebook group.

Zoom links will be emailed out to you before each group and we will also post the link into the Facebook group before the start of each session. Everything that we're doing will be publicised in the group as well as emailed out to you, so there is no chance of you missing out.

All Teach and Q&A sessions will be uploaded as videos to the group so that they are available at a time that suits you.

Our Zoom groups will take place on Tuesday evenings from 7-9pm and on Wednesday mornings from 10:30am-12:30pm. You are welcome to join either or both groups, depending on what fits your schedule. You can drop in and out of these as necessary, so don't worry if your schedule varies. Grab a cuppa and a biscuit and join us whenever you're ready.

The CAL/KALs will go live on the first Monday of the month, every two months. Where possible, we will aim to have a similar project for both our knitting and crochet members. CAL/KALs are a great way to expand your skillset whilst having fun with your new friends. We'll be checking up on your progress and offering pattern support during the Zoom groups as well as in the forum, but you are very welcome to continue with your own projects instead or as well!
Any small print?

We do have a few guidelines that we hope will help to make Woolbert's Flock the brilliant community that we want it to be.

Having a friendly and supportive atmosphere is very important to us. If at any point we feel that the behaviour of an individual member doesn't meet with that, then we will speak to them and attempt to resolve the situation. Should the behaviour persist, then we will be forced to remove them from the membership.

Please don't 'friend request' or 'direct message' other members in the group without asking their permission first. We really hope that everyone will become great friends, but some people prefer to keep some sections of their life separate from others. Sending unsolicited friend requests and direct messages can make people feel uncomfortable, so we would request that you always ask before taking a conversation outside of the forum or Zoom group.

No promotions. We really hope that you learn loads of exciting new things with us and that your crafting skills grow, however if you are looking into selling your work please do so on your own pages and not on ours.

No sharing outside of the membership. We know that this is a private forum and so technically everyone is choosing to share any personal journeys at their own risk, however we request that you respect the privacy of other members and not talk about them outside of the forum. Those who do will be removed from the membership.
