If you’ve ever wanted to create your own knitted baubles, this pattern is for you!

Balls Up by General Hogbuffer (also known as Holger from Game of Wool) is a simple yet versatile design that begins with a basic sphere shape. From there, you can customise it with endless motifs and colours to suit your festive style.

The pattern is Free on Ravelry and works beautifully with fingering or 4-ply yarn. Needle size depends on your yarn choice, but the designer recommends 2.5mm needles for a neat finish.
