Celebrate the beauty of spring with this joyful needlefelting masterclass, inspired by the iconic Laburnum Arch at Bodnant Garden. Join artist Jackie Smith for a relaxed, creative afternoon as she guides you step‑by‑step through crafting your own 8" x 6" felted artwork bursting with colour and texture.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or already enjoy working with wool, this workshop offers a wonderfully uplifting way to welcome the season.

What You’ll Create

Jackie will help you bring the famous archway to life using:

• Layered wool fibres to form the long, trailing laburnum strands
• Simple needle‑felting techniques to build structure and depth
• Colour‑blending to add pops of colour to add dimension
• Shading and texture to give your landscape movement and warmth

You’ll go home with a beautiful spring scene that’s completely your own.
