Make an atmospheric 2D "painting with wool" seascape scene.

Techniques used: Attaching wool to felt, blending wool, attaching curls, creating and attaching shapes with water soluble paper.
This Kit contains: Full colour, step-by-step instructions. 9 different types of wool. Two Types of Curls. Felt Sheet. Water Soluble Paper. Felting needles (#36 Coarse,#38 Medium) and Eco felting mat.
You will also need: A soft pencil, scissors.
